At Scott-Clark, our Legacy cart series has a stable, compact and highly-engineered base structure but various hospital departments can customize with drawers, screens, even battery and charger performance.

Frame
At just 17” wide, the Legacy stable compact design has evolved from 15 years of engineering computer solutions for hospitals. With a choice of electronic lift or a spring-assisted method, hospitals can design the cart frame with an eye to weight, cost and ease of use. The frame provides the platform on which the cart’s personality is defined

Drawers
Your choice of keyed or software-supported locking systems and hundreds of drawer combinations. Four, six, eight and ten bin cassettes are offered to fit your preferences. Compatibility with robotic medication filling is assured.

Charger
Batteries will require some charging time. The frequency and duration of each charging event can be specified by the tailoring of the power system. We offer several charger models and routinely work with project managers and BioMedical Engineering departments to provide the balance between use time and time on charge. New developments here can provide surprising use patterns.

Battery
Our fleixible power system is tailored to its workflow. Whether built for short periods of use or extended full-shift duty, our power kit supports the worker rather than the reverse. Weight, cost, ease of use all can be adjusted by careful selection of a battery.

Computer
The computer choice will have a dramatic effect on overall cart performance, so we work with you to identify the balance among computing power, size, brand and energy use. Energy use, compatibility, performance and cost are computer features that will improve or hinder a successful cart rollout.
